Ruben has over 25 years of experience providing optimum technical solutions and guidance to a broad range of clients in the public and private sectors. This includes delivering the transformation of Customer Information Architecture, aligning business structures to Microsoft 365 product features whilst applying best practices across the collaborative technology space with a focus on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Azure Automation and Azure AD. Under Ruben’s leadership, the Hannes Software Engineering Content Services Team works with organisations from across the public sector to deliver Microsoft 365 ECMS/collaboration platform design, content migrations to Microsoft 365, information architecture and records management, and Microsoft 365 knowledge and information governance solutions. Ruben’s achievements at Hannes Software Engineering include designing the digital transformation of content services for local government clients using collaborative M365 technologies for customers including London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, City of London, City of London Police and Bolton Council.
